1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using any internet services provided by Konnekt Smart Life, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Konnekt Smart Life provides internet access, router installation, support services, and other associated digital services ("Services"). Availability may vary by location and network conditions.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account’s security and activity.

4. Service Commitment and Refund Policy

Konnekt SmartLife is committed to delivering up to 90% of the advertised service availability under normal operating conditions. Actual speeds and uptime may vary due to factors beyond our control, including user location, device capability, and environmental conditions.

Once the service has been activated, no refunds will be issued. Customers are advised to ensure readiness before activation.

5. Use of Services

• Use Services for lawful purposes only.
• Do not disrupt other users or network operations.

We may monitor usage and suspend or terminate Services for misuse.

6. Installation and Equipment

Installation is handled by certified technicians. Provided equipment remains Konnekt Smart Life’s property unless purchased outright. Customers are responsible for care and protection of equipment.

7. Billing and Payments

Billing is on a monthly basis. Payments are due every 30days. Non-payment may lead to service suspension or termination.

8. Service Interruptions

Service may be interrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. Konnekt Smart Life is not liable for any loss or damages from service interruptions.

9. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information without consent unless legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

11. Termination of Service

You may cancel Services with 5 days' notice. We may terminate for non-payment, policy breach, or prohibited usage.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Eldoret Kenya.
